This application has been filed to extend the time for completion of the proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal constituted by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.

Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate for a period of 4 months. Thus, the learned Arbitrator is directed to complete the Arbitration proceedings within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
