Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To suspend the sentence passed in S.C.No.348 of 2015 on 04.08.2021 by the I Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and enlarge the petitioner on bail till the disposal of the Crl.A.No.462 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.RADHA PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) The petitioner has been awarded death sentenced by the trial Court and the referred trial in R.T.No.2 of 2021 is pending on the file of this Court.

Therefore, it will not be appropriate to grant suspension of sentence and bail to the petitioner, as this Court is ready to take up the main case itself for final disposal.
