ORDER

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue. Alleging that the detenue has been in the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 5, the present petition has been filed.

2.Today, the petitioner, his wife, detenue and the 3rd respondent are present before us. The detenue has informed us that she has since married the 3rd respondent. She has further stated that she is 23 years old is living with the 3rd respondent. She is not willing to rejoin the petitioner, who is her father.

3. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed accordingly setting the detenue at liberty.
