Defendants Civil Suit filed under Order Order IV Rule 1 of the original Side Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 to 6 of Code of Civil Procedure praying for judgment and decree in favour of the plaintiff (a) by granting a judgment and decree of permanent injunction restraining the defendants, its men, agents, servants, subordinates, film exhibitors, service providers like UFO, Qube, PXD and anyone claiming under them from in any manner, exhibiting or releasing both in India and worldwide on 14.01.2015 or any other subsequent dates the film 'I' (Tamil and Dubbed in Telugu and Hindi) starring Vikram, Amy Jackson, Music by A.R.Rahman and directed by Shankar and (b) to award cost of the suit.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submitted that the dispute between the parties is settled and he has also made an endorsement that the suit may be dismissed as withdrawn and requested to refund the Court Fee .
