Vsg the Revenue Divisional Officer, Avadi, Thiruvallur, vide R.C.No. 23/2021/B-2 dated 21.06.2022 for cancellation of existing pattas so that he can mutate patta entries. The matter is now pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer.

2. In view of the same, nothing further survives in this Contempt Petition. Copy of the proceedings have been served on the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner. It is stated that the petitioner would also be directly served.

3. The presence of the respondent / B.Sivakumar, Tahsildhar, is noted.

4. This Contempt Petition stands closed.
