This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 3 & 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2023. 1/4

2. The facts of the present case is that petitioner's husband Mr.P.Palaniswami, who was working as Driver in the Respondent Corporation passed away on 30.01.2019 due to ill health. The petitioner gave representation on 24.02.2023 to the respondents seeking gratuity arrears and pension benefits, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this petition.

3.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the limited relief as sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents 3 & 4 to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
