2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in the order dated 04.08.2020. Accordingly, paragraphs 6(b) of the order dated 04.08.2020 shall be replaced as follows: 6(b). The petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds of a property worth face value Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) standing in the name of the petitioner or in the name of their relatives / friends along with the valuation certificate obtained from the concerned Revenue Authorities to the credit of Crime No.02 of 2018, before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order and issue fresh order copy.
