Prayer in all the WPs:- Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of petitioners representations dated 15.04.2015, 14.04.2015 and 13.04.2015 respectively.

2. The grievance expressed by the petitioners is that the 4th respondent being the Chairman of the Ad hoc Committee of the Villupuram District Football Association, in utter violation of the norms and regulations acts arbitrarily and refusing to register the Clubs for the purpose of participating in the league matches. The petitioners in the form of representations dated 13.04.2015, 14.04.2015 and 15.04.2015 respectively submitted to the first respondent and prayed for appropriate action. Though the representations were acknowledged, they have not been favoured with any response and hence they have come forward with these writ petitions.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.Mr.T.Tamilmani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.I.Sathish, learned counsel accepts notice for the first respondent.
4. This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioners, without going into the merits of the representations dated 13.04.2015, 14.04.2015 and 15.04.2015 respectively submitted by the petitioners, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioners dated 13.04.2015, 14.04.2015 and 15.04.2015 respectively, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioners. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
