O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2025, regarding the conduct of the festival at the Shri Mahamariyamman Temple, Pottakollai, for a period of sixteen days, from 21.04.2025 to 06.05.2025, in accordance with customary practice, and to dispose of the same expeditiously.

2. Heard learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the fifth respondent is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry into the representation made by the petitioner dated 17.02.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
