This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.09.2014 and subsequently, direct the respondents to enquire the case within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen that on a complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the respondent police and closure report has also been furnished to the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police have perfunctorily conducted the investigation and closed the complaint without proper investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. On a careful reading of the closure report, the respondent police have closed the case on the ground that transaction is civil in nature. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to re-open the investigation and conduct fresh investigation.
