This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification.

Since there is no change of circumstances to modify the condition imposing the cost of Rs.30,000/-, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- in the District Mineral Resource Foundation Trust, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
