ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to survey the land of the petitioner with police protection.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. It is the contention of the petitioner that the petitioner is in possession of the property, however, the survey has been objected by unknown persons. Hence, this petition.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, filed a report submitted by the fourth respondent, the same indicate that the writ petitioner is not in possession of the property for more than 20 years and 2/4
somebody is in possession, who objects the survey of the property.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is of the view that this writ petition is not maintainable and the petitioner's remedy lies before the Civil Court for appropriate relief.
6. Such view of the matter, I do not find any merits in this case and this writ petition stands dismissed, accordingly.
