... Defendants PRAYER : This Civil Suit filed under Order IV Rule 1 O.S. Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 CPC, praying for the following reliefs: (a) directing the defendants 1 to 4 to pay a sum of Rs.26,00,000/- to the plaintiff;

(b) for an order of permanent injunction restraining the defendants 1 to 4 or their men or agent or anybody acting under them from alienation of the plaint schedule property; and (c) cost of the suit.

In view of the said memo filed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently, connected Applications are closed.
