..Respondent(s) Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 4 and 5 herein to survey the lands measuring an extent of 0-23.50 Hectares, comprised in Survey No.57/3 in Naduvanandal village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District and to measure the boundaries and fix the measurement stone on the edges of boundaries for the petitioners lands as per the petitioners sale deed dated 06.02.2008 under Doc.No.236 of 2008 at the Sub Registrar Office, Vallam, Villupuram District in the above survey number and as per application No.2025/0123/010394 dated 21.09.2025 submitted to the respondents 4 and 5 with the 6th respondent police protection by considering the petitioners representation dated 17.01.2026 and letter Na.Ka.A3/0297/2025 dated 23.01.2026 of the 4th respondent.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application, dated 21.09.2025 and
representation, dated 17.01.2026, with the assistance of the 6th respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 21.09.2025 and a representation on 17.01.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 6th respondent.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 5th respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit to put on notice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 5th respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 2nd respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the 5th respondent, the 6th respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
(d) There shall be no order as to costs.
