O R D E R

This transfer petition is filed to withdraw the case FCOP No.10 of 2017 on the file of Family Court, Erode and transfer the same to Sub Court, Sankagiri.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in transferring the case in FCOP No.10 of 2017 on the file of Family Court, Erode to Sub Court, Sankagiri and prayed for speedy disposal of the case. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in F.C.O.P.No.10 of 2017 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Erode and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Sankagiri. The Presiding Officer, Family Court, Erode is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to F.C.O.P.No.10 of 2017 to the file of the Sub Court, Sankagiri, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the Presiding Officer, Sub Court, Sankagiri, is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to dispose of FCOP No.10 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of case bundles.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
