The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant. In this regard, he has also filed a report dated 11.06.2024.

2. Further, he would submit that for the seizure of vehicle, he travelled to Uttarkhand and spent nearly a sum of Rs.20,000/-, however, the said amount was not yet paid by the applicant.

3. In reply, the learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the payment of travel and other expenses is in process and the same will be paid to the Advocate Commissioner at the earliest.

4. The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record.

Recording the above submissions, the present application is closed.

5. Considering the efforts made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of 2 weeks from today (12.06.2024).

6. Post this matter on 02.07.2024 for reporting compliance.
