The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a Writ Petition as against the award of Aavin Parlour Dealership to the sixth respondent and till date, the official respondents have not filed any counter in the Writ Petition.

2. The petitioner has filed the present Miscellaneous Petition to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to produce the FSSAI and AAVIN dealer certificate issued in favour of the sixth respondent at the time of allotment. However, the prayer sought for in the present Miscellaneous Petition cannot be granted, since the same can be decided at the time of final hearing.

3. At the time of final hearing, the official respondents shall file counter affidavit with regard to information sought in the present Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 21.04.2023 (2/3) vji
