ORDER
(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenue seeking direction to the first and second respondents to produce his daughter, namely, P.Shobana, aged about 16 years, before this Court.
2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the victim girl had been produced before the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Vellore, on 19.05.2018, where, the victim girl had stated that she is willing to go along with the father, i.e. the petitioner herein and considering the same, the learned Session Judge had handed over the custody of the victim girl to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the father and closed the petition filed in C.M.P.No.307 of 2018.
3.Under such circumstances, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
