Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on this petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on every Thursday 10.30 a.m until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.2212 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1473 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.ABDUL BASITH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.SUBBIAH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2212 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1473 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.
