1. Whether the defendants are infringing the plaintiff's registered trademark 'LEGRAND' by use of identical trademark 'LEGRAND' along with the distinctive logo and trade dress?
2. Whether the defendants adoption of an identical mark and trade dress amounts to passing off of the plaintiff's trademark 'LEGRAND' along with their distinctive logo and unique trade dress?
3. Whether the plaintiff is liable for a permanent injunction against the defendant's mark for trademark infringement of the plaintiff's mark 'LEGRAND?
4. Whether the plaintiff is liable to obtain a permanent injunction against the defendant's products which are being sold and marketed under the mark 'LEGRAND' for passing off their products as that of the plaintiff?
