CMP.No.11029 of 2019 in S.A.No.842 of 2007 N.SESHASAYEE.J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 2182 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, Kasambu, in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel and also having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and delay is condoned.
