PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records culminating in communication No.U.12012/258/2015-ME(P.II) dated 02.06.2015 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to process the application dated 29.04.2015 for increase of seats from 1 to 3 in MD - Geriatric Medicine in accordance with The Opening of a New or Higher Course of Study or Training (including PostGraduate Course of Study or Training) and Increase of Admission Capacity in any Course of Study or Training (including a Postgraduate Course of Study or Training) Regulations, 2000 if the application is otherwise in order.
