This petition is filed to direct the petitioner Management to pay the last drawn salary of Rs.1,04,396/- (Rupees One Lakh Four Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety Six Only) from the date of the award, till the disposal of the writ petition under Section 17(B) of the I.D.Act.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has sworn on affidavit that he is not gainfully employed since the date of his termination from service. The respondent has also not filed counter denying the said averment. 3.In the light of the specific contention of the petitioner that he is not gainfully employed, the 17(B) application is ordered directing the respondent to pay the admitted salary of Rs.1,04,396/- (Rupees One Lakh Four Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety Six only) from the date of the writ petition till the date of the disposal of the writ petition beginning with this month. The respondent is also directed to pay the arrears of salary from the date of writ petition till this day, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the salary shall be paid on or before 10th of every month.
