We see no purpose in entertaining the applications qua intervention simply for the reason that these parties concerned have already preferred individual petitions assailing the acquisition proceedings and the validity of those acquisition proceedings have to be decided in those matters. Thus, it is open for the petitioners therein to canvass their respective cases before that forum.

2. On our query, we are, however, informed that at present there is no interim order in those proceedings.

3. The applications are dismissed.
