This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's online complaint dated 07.06.2015 and further directed to take proper legal action against the above said R.Subramaniam, his associates and his henchmen as provided by law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. This petitioner has given a complaint online alleging that the opposite parties are usurping his property and they are also attacking the petitioner. The respondent police registered a case in Crime No.254 of 2015 under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) I.P.C against the opposite parties for the attack that took place on 20.04.2015.

4. As regards the other allegations in the complaint of the petitioner with regard to the property, the respondent police have closed the investigation and the copy of the closure report has also been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar. Recording the same, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
