ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the respondent Nos.5 and 6 are continuing to infringe into the route of the petitioner either by operating buses on a temporary permit or in a wrong route or in wrong timing.
2. The petitioner had therefore given a representation to the 2/6
respondent Nos.2 to 4 requesting them to take action against the respondent Nos.5 and 6 for continuing to infringe into the route of the petitioner either by operating buses on a temporary permit or in a wrong route or in wrong timing. Since the said representation, dated 12.02.2026 was not considered by the respondent Nos.2 to 4, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
3. Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 4.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, dated 12.02.2026, is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the respondent Nos.5 and 6 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. The competent authority, to consider the petitioner's representation, is the first respondent. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent Nos.5 and 6 in this Writ Petition, the notice to the respondent Nos.5 and 6 is dispensed with by this Court.
3/6
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 12.02.2026 requesting the first respondent to direct the respondent Nos.5 and 6 not to infringe into the route to the petitioner either by operating buses on a temporary permit or in a wrong route or in wrong timing after hearing the objections of the respondent Nos.5 and 6 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
