O.P no.23416/2021 in Cr.No.

118/2021 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1577 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23416 of 2021 dated 11.02.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3. Since the condition imposed to the petitioner to report before the respondent police, on the 1st working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, this condition does not warrant any further relaxation. Hence the petition to relax the condition is dismissed.
