ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.142 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that already investigation has been completed and final report was also filed. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
