The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the certified copy of C.C.No.183 of 2010 (C.A.No.189 of 2024) pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Alandur, Chennai - 16.

4. Upon such production, the Registry is directed to number the Criminal Original Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
