3. The factum of the death of the 3rd respondent in the Second Appeal and their legal representatives are not in dispute.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.9092 of 2021 is ordered.
