O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the F.C.O.P.No.465 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal Family Court, Salem District and transfer to Sub Court, Rasipuram, Namakkal District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection to transfer the FCOP.No.465 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal Family Court, Salem District to the file of Sub Court, Rasipuram, Namakkal District and prayed for early disposal and made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and recording the endorsement so made by him, this petition is ordered. Accordingly, the petition in FCOP.No.465 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal Family Court, Salem District is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Rasipuram, Namakkal District. Family Court, Salem District is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to FCOP.No.465 of 2016 to the file of Sub Court, Rasipuram, Namakkal District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the learned Judge, Sub Court, Rasipuram, Namakkal District, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
