O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.396 of 2021 registered by the second respondent for the offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b) ii 13 of NDPS Act. He would further submit that the respondents are not harassing the petitioner.
3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been
registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
