3. On a perusal of the complaint, we find that the same does not disclose commission of a cognizable offence for registering a First Information Report even. However, Mr.S.R.Rajagopal, learned Senior Counsel, prayed for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to approach the police with credible materials disclosing commission of a cognizable offence for the purpose of registering First Information Report. In our opinion, law gives this liberty and not the Court. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
