This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Crime No.245 of 2010 now pending investigation on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.245 of 2010 has been completed and final report in C.C. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the Trial Court in C.C. No.1051 of 2011, failing which, the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, shall take appropriate steps to secure his presence.
