Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act praying to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.22158 of 2019 dated 15.11.2019.

O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 15.11.2019 made in W.P.No.22158 of 2019. 2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that vide order dated 15.11.2019, this Court issued direction to the petitioners to send a 2/4

fresh representation to the Government along with a copy of the order for considering their representation dated 24.08.2018 and also issued direction to the competent Authority to pass orders thereafter, however, the petitioners did not send any fresh representation to the Government. Hence, the respondents could not comply with the order of this Court dated 15.11.2019, which is neither willful nor wanton.

3.This Court perused the entire materials available on record. There is no proof to show that the petitioners have send a fresh representation to the Government as directed by this Court in the order dated 15.11.2019. Hence, there is no willful disobedience of the order of this Court by the respondents.
