J U D G M E N T

This suit has been filed for recovery of a sum of Rs.81,15,390/- with interest at the rate of 24% per annum from the date of plaint to the date of realization, for permanent injunction restraining the defendants and their men from subletting the suit property or creating any encumbrance of third party rights in the property and for cost.

2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff submitted that the suit claim has been settled out of Court and sought permission of this court to withdraw the suit and also made an endorsement to

that effect.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the plaintiff and the endorsement made, this suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Court Fee to be refunded to the plaintiff as per law. 26.04.2018 vrc
