O R D E R

The Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to challenge the 2nd Report submitted by the Advocate Commissioner. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and a liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to challenge the 2nd Report submitted by the Advocate Commissioner, if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
