The present petition is filed u/s.482 Cr.P.C. to call for the record pertaining to the proceedings in Sessions Case in S.C.No.268 of 2018 pending on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act and quash the same. 2.Though, the matter is listed today for consideration of this Court, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present to prosecute the matter.
