O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.06.2016 and to proceed with the investigation according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that earlier in Crl.O.P.No.12746 of 2016, this Court has issued directions to the respondent police to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 04.06.2016 given by one Dhanasekaran in CSR No.391 of 2016 and to take action against the present petitioner. It was alleged by Dhanasekaran, that he had purchased a property in Kundrathur area and this petitioner and others were demanding extortionist money. Now the petitioner has given a complaint dated 09.06.2016 contending that he has been cultivating the land for thirty years which has been purchased by certain others. The complaint dated 09.06.2016 given by the petitioner does not inspire the confidence of this Court for issuing a direction as prayed for.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Puja Estates and Properties have also issued a cheque to one Lalitha, the petitioner's sister and the cheque was not presented. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court is not inclined to issue any direction as prayed for. Accordingly, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
