2. Mr.C.Ramesh, learned counsel for the Respondent has raised some objections to the maintainability of the present appeal and the application filed seeking condonation of delay of 141 days in re-presenting the appeal.

3. However, we are of the opinion that these objections could be heard at the admission stage once the appeal is registered. Accordingly, the delay in re-presentation of 141 days is condoned.

4. Office may register the Original Side Appeal on regular number and put up for admission after three weeks.
