O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed praying to call for the records in criminal appeal No.368 of 2018 and to set aside the judgment of the Court of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode dated 05.01.2024 confirming the order of conviction and sentence imposed by the court of the

Judicial Magistrate No.III, Erode in CC.No.11 of 2011 dated 24.10.2018. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed the joint compromise memo entered into between the parties before this Court and submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection to set aside the impugned judgments. 4.

In view of the above submissions, this criminal revision case is allowed and the impugned judgment of the Court of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode in criminal appeal No.368 of 2018 dated 05.01.2024 and the judgment of the court of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Erode in CC.No.11 of 2011 dated 24.10.2018, are set aside. The petitioner is acquitted of all charges under Section 138 of NI Act. The aforesaid joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
