With consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner is a Noon Meal Organiser at Sokkanathar Maliyur Adi Dravidar Welfare School which comes under Ammapettai Panchayat Union. According to the petitioner, as per the School records, her date of birth is 07.05.1963. The School record is enclosed in the typed set of papers. But it is averred by the petitioner that she was informed orally that she would be retired on 31.07.2015. However, there is no written order communicating the petitioner that she will be retired on 31.07.2015. In these circumstances, the petitioner made a representation dated 22.06.2015 enclosing the School Certificate to the District Collector, Erode. filed this writ petition to pass orders on the representation within a short period as otherwise she will be retired from service on 31.07.2015.

In these circumstances, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
