Respondents Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the District Munsif Court at Alandur, to dispose of the EP.No.30 of 2012 in O.S.No.227 of 2003 within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court in compliance with the order dated 20.11.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in CRP No.3749 of 2019 and pass orders.

ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the District Munsif Court at Alandur, to dispose of the EP.No.30 of 2012 in O.S.No.227 of 2003 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court in compliance with the order dated 20.11.2019 passed by this Court in CRP No.3749 of 2019.

2. The Respondent is the tenant and the Revision petitioners are land lords and there was dispute between them. The tenancy dispute has already been dealt with in C.R.P.No.3749 of 2019 and C.M.P.No.24627 of 2019 and this Court vide order dated 20.11.2019 directed the respondent to vacate the premises on or before 02.011.2020. However, the Respondent has not complied with the same. The petitioner has filed the present petition to dispose of the EP.No.30 of 2012 in O.S.No.227 of 2003 filed by him.

3. On a perusal of records, it is seen that the main O.S is of the year 2003 and the E.P is of the year 2012 and both the O.S as well as E.P is pending till date.

4. In view of the above, the learned District Munsif Court at Alanduris directed to dispose of the EP.No.30 of 2012 in O.S.No.227 of 2003 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
