ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to cancel the patta No.655 issued by the second respondent for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. As seen from the documents filed along with this writ petition, proceedings have already been initiated by the first respondent on the petitioner's representation seeking for cancellation of patta No.655 issued by the second respondent.

3. No prejudice would be caused to any other party, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 19.12.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta No.655 after hearing all the necessary parties, which includes the party in whose name patta No.655 presently stands, within a time to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 19.12.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta

No.655 for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the necessary parties, which includes the party in whose name patta No.655 presently stands within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
