This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.08.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner had paid money to the opposite party and the opposite party did not return the money. Thereafter, this petitioner filed a complaint and the police called both the parties for enquiry. During the enquiry, the opposite party agreed to repay the money, but he is refusing thereafter. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued for registering a case.
