..Respondents ----- Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.A1/1292/2013 dated 15.12.2014, quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to grant license to the petitioner for processing and selling explosives at Survey No.14/1, 14/2 and 14/3 at Poyyapakkam Village, Villupuram Taluk & District.

O R D E R

By the order impugned, the request of the petitioner for granting license for processing and selling explosives was not considered based upon an inspection made by the Revenue Divisional Officer. Thus, in the said order, the petitioner was informed that on due compliance of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

rectification of errors and lapses, his request can be considered.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not been put on notice before the alleged inspection and that the said inspection is contrary to the one made by the earlier Tahsildar.

3. In the counter, it is stated that as there was some objection from the villagers on the report given by the Tahsildar earlier, a personal inspection was made by the Revenue Divisional Officer and a report was also submitted.

4. This Court is not interested to go into inter se dispute. Suffice it to direct the first respondent to have one more inspection by due notice to the petitioner as well as the objectors. After due inspection, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner and the entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
