ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to give police protection to the petitioner for removal of car as per orders of the civil court in O.S.No.1818 of 2013.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection to enjoy his property in a peaceful and profitable manner. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
