(CRIME NO.160/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall stay at Pondicherry and report before Great bazaar Police station daily at 10.30.a.m for a period of three months until further orders by order dated 09.03.2022 in Crl.O.P No.3654/2022 and render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.ARAVIND RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.BALAMURUGANE, Public Prosecutor for Puducherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3654 of 2022 on 09.03.2022.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
