O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his younger son.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Dhananjeyan has given a complaint that his daughter Sowmya gone missing and the Police suspect that Sowmya has gone away with the petitioner's son and therefore, Police call this petitioner for enquiry.
4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the Police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent Police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
