ORDER

This court, by order dated 07.06.2024, disposed of this transfer civil miscellaneous petition with a direction to the trial court to dispose of O.P.No.4179 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

However, the trial Judge, stating various reasons, has sent a letter to the Registry of this Court requesting further period of three months time to dispose of the aforesaid case.
